I started off this life thinking that I deserved nothing more than the bare minimum when it came to my happiness. I settled for hiding the real me in order to fit into a certain mold, numbing my feelings because I was too afraid to show them or act upon them, and even choosing to damage myself due to the things I did or held back from doing. I had moments of clarity throughout the years as I explored the different areas that I am passionate about (music, writing, psychology, cycling, etc.). Through those passions, I saw glimpses of the magic that life can be filled with but, rarely, was I able to keep those areas active in my life for a consistent amount of time.

This blog will be documenting my journey as I work to keep those areas alive and I hope to also help others find their own way to allow some magic back into their own life.
